Send Files
The smart file upload client simplifies the file delivery process from the customer. The customer can drop files into the file transfer GUI, connect to the Riteapprove SE server, select job, fill out a custom online form, and upload. It is that easy!
Unlike the conventional FTP upload method, the Riteapprove SE transfer client automatically monitors and corrects transmission errors, if they occur, to ensure file delivery.



View Proofs
Riteapprove SE connects to Trueflow SE to automatically post an online soft proof for the customer to view and approve easily anytime using a Web browser.
Utilizing the already processed output files from Trueflow SE, Riteapprove SE ensures that what you see is what you get on the press.



Revise
Revised job content files can be uploaded easily from Riteapprove SE directly back to Trueflow SE for page replacement.
Revisions are tracked with the comparison feature to show any changes from the previous version.



Output
The final approval status is automatically updated from Riteapprove SE to Trueflow SE so that the plate output process can be accomplished quickly.
