Ritecontrol SE is a “Prepress Manager” solution and a key module for users wishing to integrate a complete JDF system including Press and PostPress management. Ritecontrol SE has the ability to communicate with other JDF managed systems by JDF and automatically feeding back results to an MIS. Although Trueflow SE has the ability to communicate with a JDF enabled MIS system it is not designed to manage other systems like Press, PostPress and Shipping, Ritecontrol SE fills that gap. Additionally Ritecontrol SE offers administration and control in a multiple Trueflow SE environment offering optional load balancing and production planning features too.
