Direct inkjet printing on offset-coated papers with wide-gamut inks

As SCREEN’s latest innovation in commercial inkjet printing, the Truepress JET 560HDX comes with the latest Truepress ink SC2. This high-density ink delivers vibrant colours within an expanded colour range, ensuring exceptional image quality across various paper substrates and thicknesses. This ink also features the groundbreaking capability to print directly onto offset-coated papers without the need for primer or any other surface processing!

SCREEN’s brand-new, highly saturated ink set, paired with innovative, long-lasting inkjet heads ensuring precise reproduction of delicate details and seamless solid colours.

The enhanced colour gamut is protected and preserved thanks to enhanced noncontact smart drying technology to minimise show-through and maintain vibrant colour saturation for an overall improved print quality from start to finish.

The Truepress JET 560HDX is designed to reduce the need for skilled operators while delivering an improved operation experience at every step. Operation of the 560HDX is a straightforward process: input the job specifications and press a single button to begin production.

The machine then autonomously carries out the print job, providing output that requires minimal manual intervention and is ready for subsequent processing. Operators are then free to focus on more demanding tasks while preparing the next print job, increasing efficiency and reducing downtime.

The latest generation inkjet heads featured in the Truepress JET 560HD combined with newly developed software minimise waste ink by decreasing the frequency of inter-page flushing and reducing the need for nozzle cleaning. Able to produce images at a native 1,200 × 1,200 dpi on extra-wide substrates up to 560 mm, ideal for book printers.
