Print Solutions Appointed as SCREEN Dealer for Bulgaria to Support a Market Primed for Consistent Growth with Digital Printing

SCREEN Europe has appointed Print Solutions ltd. as its new dealer in Bulgaria, expanding access to SCREEN’s digital inkjet and CTP technologies and supporting the country’s rapidly evolving printing sector with stronger local expertise and end-to-end workflow support.

Sofia, Bulgaria – SCREEN Europe is pleased to announce the appointment of Print Solutions as its new official dealer for the Bulgarian market, strengthening SCREEN’s presence in Eastern Europe and providing Bulgarian printing businesses with direct access to SCREEN’s full portfolio of digital inkjet presses and Computer-to-Plate solutions. 

Family-owned and founded in 2013, Print Solutions originally entered the industry as a consumables supplier representing leading European ink manufacturers. In 2017, the company expanded into technical services, building its own engineering team to support a growing portfolio of printing and finishing equipment across Bulgaria.

Bulgaria — A Printing Market in Transition 

The company will now represent SCREEN’s digital solutions, including the Truepress JET series for commercial and book printing, the Truepress LABEL line for labels, the Truepress PAC series for flexible packaging, and SCREEN’s established Computer-to-Plate (CTP) systems. 

“These versatile and reliable printing solutions are a perfect fit for the Bulgarian printing market as it continues to undergo a rapid transformation.” Commented Deyan. “As consolidation continues, the number of smaller print businesses has decreased, and companies are adapting to a sector that until recently was mostly supported by offset printing. Skilled offset operators are becoming harder to find and can command increasingly high salaries, prompting print providers to rethink how they maintain productivity and profitability.”

These two factors a driving digital printing as an essential complement to existing offset lines. With export-oriented production shifting towards smaller, more frequent batches and a lack of skilled labour, digital inkjet presses offer the flexibility, shorter setup times, and consistency printers need to remain competitive.
