Engineering & Applications Specialist – EMEA Region

About the Role:
From your home-based position, you’ll travel extensively throughout your country and occasionally into the larger EMEA region, playing a crucial role providing essential engineering support for our innovative digital inkjet printing systems to our customers and distributors throughout installations, customer trainings, and remote & onsite troubleshooting, as well as contributing to ongoing server maintenance and managing upgrades.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide remote & onsite support for customers across the EMEA region.
- Perform installations, fault finding, and troubleshooting.
- Offer expert training to customers and distributors.
- Manage server maintenance and software upgrades.
- Collaborate with customers to optimize their printing workflows.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Engineering background with experience in the commercial printing industry.
- Strong computer literacy, especially in Windows operating systems.
- Experience with Adobe and other industry-standard printing software products is a plus.
- Strong communication skills in English, both written and spoken.
- Willingness to travel frequently within The Netherlands or the United Kingdom, and occasionally throughout the wider EMEA region.
