EQUIOS ART & UX verwendet eine einzige Schnittstelle, um die Auftragsverwaltung zu automatisieren, einschließlich präzisem Ausschießen und konsistentem Farbmanagement über mehrere Ausgabegeräte hinweg. Benutzer überwachen und verwalten die Aufträge über ein zentrales Dashboard.

• Die Funktion „Smart Variable Data Processing“ macht es überflüssig, wiederverwendbare Elemente jedes Mal neu zu rippen. EQUIOS extrahiert, speichert und optimiert automatisch gemeinsam genutzte, wiederverwendbare Elemente, die in variablen PDF- und PDF/VT-Daten enthalten sind.
• Eine integrierte intelligente Ausschießfunktion erweitert den Anwendungsbereich auf Transpromotion, Direktwerbung, Bücher, Zeitungen und Lehrbücher, die variable Daten unterstützen.
• Die optimalen Farbkonvertierungseinstellungen werden automatisch aus einer Mediendatenbank ausgewählt, wenn der Benutzer einen Drucker, einen Papiertyp und ein Rasterverfahren auswählt.
• Spezialisierte Funktionen passen CMYK-Farben so nah wie möglich an Schmuckfarben an, was besonders im Digitaldruck wichtig ist, wenn von CMYK auf PMS und kundenspezifische Schmuckfarben abgestimmt werden muss.
• Überall dort, wo JDF in einer Druckumgebung eingesetzt wird, fügt sich EQUIOS dank des EQUIOSNET-Partnerschaftsprogramms mit Partnerunternehmen auf Hardware- und Softwareebene nahtlos bis zur Buchbinderei ein.
• Die Auftragsdaten werden über das „Job Messaging Format“ an ein beliebiges Management-Informationssystem eines Drittanbieters übermittelt. Die Kommunikation mit Finishing-Systemen erfolgt automatisch über JDF.
